Delve into Season 3: Strategy in (the) Crisis
01
Strategic Blueprint for Success
Deliver value to your clients. Teach your team to stick to the goal and not get distracted. Lead your organisation through growing pains.
02
Built for Creatives
The only BS you'll find here is Business Strategy. Get inspired by a professor who's been working with world-class creative leaders and helping them advance for the past 15 years. Level up without hesitation.
03
Be the leader with a vision
Show your boss, your team and your clients that you understand what it takes to focus and build a successful business. Become certain of yourself, and don't let anyone else get you off-track.
Success needs more than just plans
Although your goals may seem aligned and satisfactory, there's a deeper need for something more substantial—a strategy—something even your boss is searching for.
Simply put, having a plan doesn't mean you have a strategy.
Strategy is about knowing how to win in your field. Jumping straight to numbers won't help us figure it out. This lack of clarity can make it hard to decide what to do next.
This Season is designed to teach you the essentials for building a business strategy that promotes sustainable growth and gives you an edge over competitors. Across its Episodes, we'll guide you on setting clear strategic goals and adjusting your actions to meet them, making your projects and business stand out.
